I started Tan & Fam in 2023 because too many small-business owners were getting bad advice, confusing jargon and agency work that left them worse off than before: the "strategy" that was just a deck, the website that took six months and still didn't work, the ad spend with nothing to show for it.
So I kept it to one person on purpose. I plan the work, design it, build it and look after it, and you can reach me directly the whole way through. I'm based in Vaughan and work with businesses across Toronto, the GTA and North America.

- Enterprise engagements that need a large dedicated team — I'm one person, by design
- Guaranteed rankings or overnight results — SEO and AEO take time, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something
- Long lock-in contracts — you get clear per-project estimates and can stop any time
- Jargon-heavy strategy decks with no execution — every plan comes with concrete next steps
