    Plus Materials is a B2B trading company specializing in the export and distribution of off-grade fibers and polymers — paper, plastics, aluminum foil. They've been in business for over 25 years. Their buyers and partners are businesses, not consumers. First impressions in this industry are made before a phone call ever happens.

    The Problem

    When Plus Materials came to Tan & Fam, their website didn't reflect who they were. A company with 25 years of industry experience and an international client base was being represented online by an outdated site that looked the part of a small operation going through the motions. For a B2B company, that gap matters — a prospective buyer will check your site before they pick up the phone. There was no SEO foundation. No content strategy. No LinkedIn presence to speak of. The digital footprint didn't match the business behind it.

    Established a LinkedIn presence with regular posts — company milestones, industry content, and campaign moments like their 25th anniversary. Content created using a combination of Canva and AI-assisted copywriting, with Tan handling strategy and execution.

    Ongoing Digital Partnership

    This isn't a project that ended at launch. We've continued working together on content, SEO refinements, catalog UX improvements, and early automation work for their marketing operations.
